Arkham City Sequel

I came across this article and before anyone says its fake I will admit I have no idea if its real. But the idea has got me thinking, adding in other heros sounds like a good idea but considering both games have been about batman beating his enemies with brains, skills and gadgets I think adding heros with actual powers will screw up the game rather then make it better. Batman's whole appeal is that he doesn't have powers and the games emphasize this because basically if you make one wrong move your dead. How is having flash blowing through the streets or bullets bouncing off superman going to fit into this game at all?

Don't think of it as an Arkham sequel, think of it as a completely new game

Variety claims this is part of a conscious effort by Warner Bros. to expose audiences to the Justice League of America, as it ramps up production on a JLA movie. It also reports the game will be released in 2014 at the earliest, with a JLA film mooted for a big screen release sometime in 2015.

Justice League of America =/= Arkham Asylum/City

Remember when not a single one of us had any clue that Rocksteady were going to come completely out of nowhere and reinvent the modern superhero game? Yeah, good times.

But, seriously, these guys have earned my trust wholeheartedly. I don't think they'd be taking the game in this direction if they didn't have some truly awesome stuff envisioned for it.

I'm with Ape here. If it were any other company I'd expect some run of the mill, craptastic, movie tie-in but Rocksteady has my trust.
