Ya saw that and was shocked! I am almost 90% sure if like Hulk had a heart attack like this wwe wouldn't bring it up during commentary like that...maybe like on twitter or some other wwe bs.

If Hulk had a heart attack it would be all over the news. WWE would be forced to do something. Not doing something would come off so bad.

Youre right saying hulk having a heart attack would be news worthy, but Jerry also received coverage from CNN. They're not exactly some small town news program.
