Who would have won the Monday Night War if Vince had WCW and Bischoff had WWE?

The Monday Night War was a great time of wrestling but who would have won if the roles were reversed. I still think Vince would win with WCW because he would push the younger talent. I still think it would be a great time of wrestling but who do you think would of won if the roles were reversed?

Vince would have probably won either way. His business sense and accumin would have made stars out of the likes of Rey Mesterio way before he did it in WWE.
