You will fly him first class from the United Kingdom, put him up in a five star hotel that must be at least 3 miles away from the other members of IWA, as he may not want to mingle with the rif raf. On the flight home, it must be business class. Furthermore, the cost of hiring BennyTheBall will be set at $5,000.

3) Your wife to be must register with a forum on eWN so that you may be antagonised about your upcoming nuptials, as well as various other topics by the members of said forum.

4) Any further children you bear (pun intended) must be named after characters from Disney, starting with Huey, Louie and Duwey. Any further children named thereafter will be of your choosen Disney character, subject to the approval of the eWN forum members. Your wife to be has no say in this.

Once these demands have been met, your building and CEO will be returned to you immediately. Your televeision equipment, however, will not. We quite like it, so we're keeping it. Don't think that's fair? Well fuck you!
