IWA: Insane Wrestling Association

All right so here is an update. After doing some thinking and deliberation, I am stepping away from creative of IWA. This DOES NOT MEAN IWA is closing. Bennytheball is going to take over. Vandarius is going to help write matches, and 3 others have offered to step up and help. I plan on sticking around in all of the feds I'm in as my characters, I just wanted to take some stuff off my plate, because even as just creative without posting shows(which I still had yet to do), I still wasn't home that match. I'm sure some will be unhappy with this decision and even consider leaving, but I urge you not to as Benny is a great creative mind and I can't wait to see where things go under his watch.. So, congrats to Benny!

Ahem ;P Not just Benny, I'm stepping up to help him out. We're going to split show posting responibilites, promo assigning, etc.

We're going to follow all original plans storyline wise with some twists to it in the future, and we will also be hunting down a new match writer soon, a NEW one so we can start exposing those who are good at writing, but haven't had the time to shine yet. We will have more information on that soon

Shite, my penis is displeased. Sad to see you fully stepping down Bear, but real life comes first.

The bright side, is that Benny is awesome, and I'm sure he'll do an amazing job in charge

I wouldn't say that is the case. If i just vanished or blocked everyone from PMing me, I can understand your point. It was merely this. I've said before I wanted time to enjoy the little things in life, and most understood, and I had all the proverbial ducks lined up so things could work out, but one by one those ducks got out of line, and left me one of two choices. Forge on for another few months before I get burnt out and just vanish, or, step away and let someone who I feel is just as good step up to the plate and take over. This way, I'm not abandoning any of my characters, now any of the storylines that are planned for them. While I can't say I'm surprised some are considering leaving(i'm sure there will be a few more), I still have to urge you my friend to stick around. trust me, it's well worth it

I get that.. but you were feeling burnt out last time, you then came back to effeding, you then started up this company, you then took control of the OOC interviews and in my head, I was wondering when it was going to be too much again simply because you seem a family man and I can honestly say, I am the same.. and could not do all the extra things you do. I sometimes find it hard to find the time to do what I need without having interviews to plan or promo's for other companies to do like you..

All in all.. I'm sad you are leaving your position here, but I'm glad you are sticking around with your characters.

Bear may be leaving, but IWA isn't changing. The same guys are there and we plan on keeping the plans the same, it won't be any different!

Assuming that we get everything handed over to us in time, there will be a show this Sunday - a show that has been planned for a while and there will be no changes from it.

If you are considering leaving, I completely understand why but I would ask you to at least give me an opportunity to at least have a conversation with you.
