Right, Shakes & Shags,
If you are part of a multi-person promo, you need to be more considerate not only to creative, but to the guys and girls you are working with. There are multiple examples of people getting their rushed promos in at the last minute because they have been waiting on others.
If you are in a multi-person promo, then please work on it as quick as you can and pass it on so others can have a chance to put some great effort into their contributions too. If you're waiting on a promo, then please don't leave it until deadline day before announcing you've not heard anything. Speak to who you're waiting on.
Communication between everyone is the key here guys. We work on a level of trust, which is why you don't hear from creative half way through the week asking how things are going. We trust that you can organise yourselves and for the most part, it has worked and I really don't want to be in a situation where Eddie and I have to send out PM's and manage you guys.
