My Mon-Fri job is working for an American company called INRIX. It is such a different work environment to what we are used to here. It is actually a really cool job.

Well, until last week, I was a Traffic Information Editor for the North American market (basically all the traffic info that goes to your car sat navs, there is a chance I was doing it from England!). But I've just been promoted to a new role, so I'm looking forward to getting started with that.

All it takes to do my job is sales xp, an A+ cert and the ability to spend 8 hours a day vacilating between being shot down and helping 80 year old ladies figure out how computers work. 80% of what I do is virus and spyware removal. All without pants (at no extra charge)

It's worth it, Tech support is stressful work, but most of the time you are connected to the system remotely, so you just hang up on the user and fix the problem
