Blog 89: R-Mac in da House!

Hey, hey, hey! It's Kaaaaaaaaaayfabulous here with another blog written and edited by yours truly, Ron Macoonie or as the ladies...and Drek say, R-Mac. I'm terribly sorry that I couldn't post this sooner than he would have hoped but between having a life, getting laid, making tons of money.......I wish. But seriously, there's been a lot of changes here in the IWA that most of you are probably already aware of right now but for those of you who don't know, I'll breaking down the events that took place and all the other intangibles that who might not know about. Also, I'll be discussing the introduction of the Blackout Championship, introducing a new segment and of course, answering the Twitter question that was selected randomly on our Twitter feed. But first, we'd like to send a special send out to the recently "deceased" Brock Edwards...

The Cop-Out Championship

Nope. Not a misspell. Not a typo. Your eyes are indeed reading that correctly. This championship, IMO, is nothing more than a cop out. A cop out from what, you say? Call me a conspiracy theorists all you want but wasn't there supposed to be TWO brands for the IWA now? You know, TWO? Last time I checked, we still have only Chaos. Why is that a problem? I'm not one to bite the hand that feeds me but the IWA's roster is way too big for only one brand yet for some reason, they pull back on the prospect. Why? For what reason? It doesn't make a whole lot of sense but quite frankly, it seems like creative is just trying to distract us with a new toy and the inflated roster with something that says "See? We're handling the roster size just fine! " Gimme a break. I don't know all the facts, even though I'm an IWA employee but this is ridiculous to mismanage the roster like this. Oh well. Let's just pray we get some interesting feuds and storylines for this belt so that I'll eat my words.

Creative Shake-Up

Well, this is the big story I was talking about. Before I begin, I'd like to point out that creative members only address themselves under codenames so that no one finds out who they are. It's pretty clever IMO and since we have a good idea of who some of these people are, it won't be hard to distinguish who's who. Anyways, the head creative writer of the IWA, bearkg88 QUIT. That's right. Looks like this neck of the woods just wasn't cutting it for him so he hauled ass and gave all responsibilities to another creative member, Torphy. But get this, HE quit too which left him to pass it down to fellow Englishman, BennyTheBall. So far, he hasn't left either and instead has started an apprentice initiative to start strengthening the team again. With that said, I sincerely hope that IWA gets better in the future and we're allowed to have some classic moments.

Did I Just See That?

This is the new segment I was alluding to earlier. It's basically where I select a moment at last week's Chaos that has me scratching my head in confusion. For this week, that moment would be...

Israel Pamich becoming number one contender for the IWA Endurance Championship:

The first red flag that came to mind was the fact that Pamich was allowed to win a match. Who let that go by? I mean, Pamich's average at best and getting such a huge win makes the next couple of weeks look really awkward. I mean, C'MON! It's Israel friggin' Pamich for God's sake! XD Why not let Blue win? He just got off a win against Chris Divine and deserves the spot. Another problem I has was the fact that this sets up a heel vs. heel match. The crowd needs someone to rally behind and heel vs. heel creates indifference. You'll want both those guys to get the shit beaten out of them. Where's the psychology in that? At least throw in a babyface and make it a triple threat. And lastly, Smyth handing Pamich the win. Since when does Smyth give out hand-outs?! He's fucking Mr. Smyth! The most hateful, despicable...oh yeah. 0_o I almost forgot. HE gave us the money to buy tickets for Last Resort for you guys......well......sorry, Smyth.

Now, before we wrap things up with our blog, we'll be announcing the winner of the tickets and the backstage passes. That would go to @garner'slawyer! Congratulations! After you're done with the show, make sure you meet up with Skyler and myself and we'll be introducing you to all the talent backstage and take pictures! But whatever you do, don't go to the showers alone in case you need to wash up or something. #he's_lurking_beyond_the_grave

Welp, that's all for this week but before I go, we'll be answering the selected Twitter question. It comes from @Cathy_Stewart who writes:

To answer that, yes. She's currently dating Rymac though. Does it tear away at my very soul that the woman I loved is frolicking around and being lovey-dovey with that charlatan?!



Meh. I'll get over it......eventually.

I'm curious how said conversation came up lol. I can honestly say I have never told anyone they were so cute that I was going to adopt them LOL.

First off, congrats to ash. Just knowing where she was when she joined efedding and how passionate she is now with it, im intrigued to see how it translates in her writing as she progresses. Im also excited to see creatively where benny and vand go, but most of all, im excited about being able to flex my muscles as divine. Ive never pushed divine as muched as i wanted to cause i believe someone in creative shouldnt have their character at the world title/main event level, and now that im not there, i can give 110% with divine and help make iwa shine even more.

Divine: everyone has been wondering what is next for divine, well here is a tip, watch chaos.
