Born in Chelsea, Mass., Slayde lived near Boston where as a young boy he and Abel met, they grew up together, training and competing in the Indies around Massachusetts for awhile until Abel got sick and had to be institutionalized. After Abel was committed, Slayde went to work in Japan and that is how he met Kyojin, with whom he shared a great friendship.

Abel was non responsive to many treatments in the McLean Institute, Slayde was contacted to find a way to apeace the giant of a man to take his meds. Slayde came up with a very special mask that Abel would wear made of a one of kind leather that was dosed with meds Abel was supposed to take.

They then hit the tag team scene on BWA (now Brutality) as The Shadows of Madness, winning the EWNCW Undisputed World Championships from the team of High Voltage before entering a feud with a then masked Jesting Madness, the EWNCW Tag Team Champions at the time. He suffered a terrible knee injury at the hands of The Jesting Madness but Slayde and Abel would not back down from the fight, this leading to Slayde having to wear a knee brace on his left knee and eventually both teams were put in the first of many brutal matches between them, this one being a Three Stages of Hell match to crown the very EWNCW Blacklist Champions.

They would fail to win after a very controversial finish but would go on to challenge The Jesting Madness for the gold again in a Ladder Match, in which again they failed to capture the EWNCW Blacklist Championships. These two teams went toe to toe for the final time in the highly praised and unique Gates of Hell Match in which Slayde suffered burns that would scar his face and his partner Abel, suffering full body burns after he literally ripped the flaming steel cage wall from its sockets and Carlin of The Jesting Madness made it so Abel was not able to withstand the weight of the cage, therefore falling atop of Abel, burning him profusely.

Slayde would make note of this and announce that Abel would be out indefinitely, effectively putting The Shadows of Madness in an indefinite hiatus. Slayde would respond the call of his friend Kyojin, participating in an Ambulance against Van Hooligan X, which he lost. After that Slayde was unheard of until he was contacted by IWA to come work for them and he accepted. He is currently feuding with Victor Elric in IWA

Gimmick: Dangerous Chemists, who like to mix elements to try and discover something new.

Short Bio:

Carbon and Venomous met while in grad school working on a project together, as both were Chemistry majors. They didn’t fit in as the typical Chemist majors as both were extremely tall, strong well fit guys and were very dangerous as they liked to see what would happen if they mixed certain elements. They never stuck to the norm as they liked to explore different reactions to see if they could discover something new. They began to hang out and both found they were interested in professional wrestling and decided to ditch science and train together. They like to use science terminology to trash talk their opponents, which nobody understands but still cheer for them anyways. They take their approach to science and apply it to the ring, they like to mix certain elements with their opponents to see what type of reaction will occur. They play to the fans who cheer for them to do certain new ‘experiments.’ Carbon and Venomous are both serious guys, but the crowd treats them as cool guys because they do whatever they want. They both were very awkward (because they were so serious) good looking guys, but have come to embrace their cool in their own awkward manner.
