Simple as this really.
They've tagged together before (both in WWE and prior to that), they're best friends in real life, neither are doing anything of note right now.

I really hope WWE pull their heads out of their asses and get onto doing this.

I like the idea of Swagger and Riley taming though. They've both got similar gimmicks of high school jocks, and Swagger's wrestling ability combined with Riley's mic skills would work well for both guys I think.
