I didn't read all the replies, but from the ones I saw no one seems to have said what I believe is the obvious outcome.

ryback isn't challenging punk. With Brock 'quitting' the wwe, heyman has for him self and punk some protection. Ryback will take out Cena, not punk

during ryback heel would be a silly move IMO. ryback is one of the only faces in the wwe right now that shows main event potential. wwe has so many heels right now there isn't a reason to turn another person into a bad guy.

Yeah, heel turns don't solve everything. It'll be smarter to start turning people face right about now.

I personally don't want to see Ryback's streak end so soon. He just got finished up with the Indy guys. He started facing actual talent about a month or 2 ago. Let him hold the midcard title as an undefeated wrestler making the championship have more prestige. Similar to how Goldberg did. Not trying to start this Ryberg stuff, but I think that is how you should do it. What do you think?

I actually like this idea because it kills two birds with one stone, pushing Ryback against credible opponents and putting a midcard title in the spotlight.

When someone does beat Ryback, it'll at least be at the end of an interesting reign with a string of feuds and matches that will make Ryback a commodity.

Well, I can see where you would get the idea from but I think it's a bit too hasty to make that uncertainty an absolute.
