They eventually saw it with Slater and if anyone wants to check my comment history, I was pushing for Slater to be in a 3 person Freebirds type group and creative finally "kind of" did it. I brought this idea up before and I think it could happen, but a gimmick with Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd is international heart throbs, like a Boy Band. Kidd and Gabriel have the hair styles and looks to make this gimmick work. Just have them have a different valets come to ring with them every week to play up the gimmick. Have the girls be referred to as roadies by the announce team and boom a new gimmick team created.

But have them be booked as equals rather than boss & lackey. Maybe they could be a jokester comedy duo similar to DX. They don't need to be a permanent tag team, just have them watching each other's backs and protecting each other from 2-on-1 beatdowns.
I'd also like to see Zack Ryder reunited with Curt Hawkins. Hawkins could turn face, since he hasn't worked as one since they were the generic Major Brothers in ECW. Hawkins could cut his hair and be a Broski just like Ryder, but he'd be more mellow, toned down and too cool to care. Ryder would be a huge idiotic goofball while Hawkins would be the straight man to his partner's antics.
