AJ-Cena storyline

With AJ being fired because of Vickie Guerrero accusing her of having an affair with another WWE Superstar, it turned out that the Superstar Vickie Guerrero accused AJ of having an affair with was John Cena which gives AJ Lee another top Superstar to work with besides CM Punk, Kane, and Daniel Bryan. The Managing Supervisor (or whatever the hell that means) currently is Vickie Guerrero.

Now WWE is hyping up a Cena promo at Hell in a Cell in the pre-show to talk about this "scandal" to build up this storyline and all that jazz (apparently the WWE Universe will ask Cena some hard questions, you know, to get the fans involved and shit lulz).

What's your thoughts on this storyline?

I really think it's forced with the way they threw everything at us in one episode and it may not lead anywhere other than AJ getting her job back as GM. But anything to get Cena out of the main event at least until next year for a possible Rock vs Cena II for the WWE Championship set up. Let him start some feuds outside the main event scene for a while until the Royal Rumble PPV comes up while CM Punk holds on to the WWE title to get ready for his Rumble match with The Rock. Not to mention Punk's upcoming match with Ryback in the Cell at Hell in a Cell which should keep him busy depending on the outcome of that match. Maybe we'll get a quality feud between Dolph Ziggler and John Cena from this storyline which I wouldn't mind seeing. Plus, AJ being in a feud with Vickie wouldn't hurt as it can benefit her character.

I feel like it was setting up Cena vs Ziggler, consider with Vickie as the new supervisor for Raw, and them taking time to interview Ziggler on his thoughts, I thought two things. Either they have a thrown together match between Ziggler and Cena at HIAC, or they build up to one. Preferably I want the build up

Also, anyone else find it laughable that this story is punishing Aj for 'fraternizing with a superstar' and rewarding vickie who's been with Edge, Show and Ziggler?

Cena is better than this crappy storyline. He needs to just take time off and rest. The man had his marriage fall apart and has had some serious injuries he needs a break. If he won't take one willingly then Vince needs to force one. The only thing this story does is keep AJ relevant because cena could leave for 6 months then come back and still be John cena the biggest name in pro wrestling in this era.

I take it you're expecting consistency then? Strict adherence to past storylines? Sorry bro, WWE don't play that.

What gets me is that you put Vickie in the same position AJ was in and all of a sudden, it's like WWE have committed some terrible offense! Vickie has about 10 times the charisma of AJ and believe me, that's not just good ol' Robstar pumping up Vicks and slammin' AJ (aha) as usual - I say that because I believe it to be true. AJ's all fine and good but she's no more talented in any area than Layla. The people who openly oppose this story arc should come out and say what they truly think - that they would much rather the conventionally attractive AJ on TV and doing the GM "job" because she's easy on the eye - despite the fact that there's nowhere really left to run with her there.

Guys.....do you know, are you even aware how stupid so many of you sound when struck dumb by some tits and ass? Seriously, it's something that's become apparent to me on here, you're talking to someone who seems to be pretty bright and switched on and all of a sudden they're like..."aaaaahhh deerrp, duh. Pwetty!" Fuck. Me. Dead. lol You swap any example of something Vickie is involved in and put AJ in there and half you virgins would be falling over your porno collections to give kudos to AJ where you would criticize Vickie. Meanwhile, when this past week people were saying "this again?" about Vickie as 'interim assistant to the GM of making cups of decaf' or whatever, I bet the reaction would be markedly different if they put AJ in the job again. Because it's different then, right?

And why? Because she doesn't have a head like a smashed crab. (yeah I said it) Talk about shallow fellas.

This is good for AJ. The stupid GM thing is done and dusted and look! She gets thrown straight into a storyline with two of the top 5 personalities in WWE - Cena and Vickie! Throw in a few cameos from Vinny Mac and I'd say she's not doing too bad.

But overall, I think the angle is slightly farcical. "Oh we just had dinner together!" What a crock. Fucking soapie writers
