I think Ryder and Hawkins teaming together would be a mistake.
As for a new tag partner i will go with Rick Victor check him out and let me know what you think.

If they aren't going to give Ryder a real singles push, then put him back in the tag division (in a real tag team, not one that was just thrown together). Ryder & Hawkins could carry the tag division once the likes of Team Hell No, Rhodes Scholars, and Rey Mysterio/Sin Cara all move on to bigger things.
