Cesaro is freakishly strong, don't believe me watch when he neutralized Brodus Clay. And yea he struggles because he usually knocks the wrestler out before trying to pick them up, this is to show off his strength.

Yeah, i know he's strong. He's a lot stronger than he gets credit for, but it's just the fact that he threw him into the ring so easy then "sells" a struggle. I should have made myself more clear. I would have thought there'd be some kind of struggle to throw a guy in the ring when it's a similar lift.
