I agree with you which is why I think WCW began to fail after the N.w.O and TNA hasn't really broken the threshold yet. WCW stopped being themselves after they started hiring all former WWF big guys like Diesel, Hulk, Ramon, and these old guys who couldn't compete at the top level anymore. WCW betrayed their fans by stopping their emphasis on actual wrestling and focusing more on the big names. TNA was doing the same thing for a while, but thankfully for them I think they've started to see the light. There's a renewed sense in pushing talent who can actually still wrestle, while giving you the entertainment factor that one needs to survive in pro wrestling.
