I agree with you which is why I think WCW began to fail after the N.w.O and TNA hasn't really broken the threshold yet. WCW stopped being themselves after they started hiring all former WWF big guys like Diesel, Hulk, Ramon, and these old guys who couldn't compete at the top level anymore. WCW betrayed their fans by stopping their emphasis on actual wrestling and focusing more on the big names. TNA was doing the same thing for a while, but thankfully for them I think they've started to see the light. There's a renewed sense in pushing talent who can actually still wrestle, while giving you the entertainment factor that one needs to survive in pro wrestling.

Lately TNA has been taking the right steps forward (I think Jeff Hardy winning the title was a good thing as more people will likely tune in to see Hardy does as champion) but I hope they don't dwell on Aces and Eights and then people will start saying "TNA is doing the same old crap" but otherwise there doing pretty good I mean Bound for Glory was great and there acquiring great wrestlers like Joey Ryan. So they could very well rise in the future, especially if WWE falls.

My only fear is that TNA is doing N.w.O with Aces and Eights by prolonging it for too long. Apparently it's supposed to go on for another six months. I don't mind if they form an actual group, but anything other than that would be too long for this angle.

OP: Since 2002 when both Roh and TNA was founded, wwe has fallen a lot raw's ratings were averaging a 4.1 the highest they got that year was a 5.4. Now 10 years later wwe is getting a 2.5-2.8, a 3.0 if they are lucky if they were a sitcom or another TV show they would have been cancelled. So they are declining as company where as TNA has grown in to a global company, TNA is also beating the wwe in the UK and Australia and other markets and Roh has slowly grown into ECW's old place in the wrestling business. If WWE closed it doors TNA would take the WWE's spot and ROH would take TNA's current spot.

I was only comparing the storylines/groups in terms of running its course and then some. I don't want to see TNA over do the Aces and Eights like WCW did N.w.O

Tna normal doesn't run anything longer than a year (6 more months is the rumor) and Nwo ran 3 years not including Nwo 2000 (black & Sliver)
