Bold are no-no's. Here's why;
Vince was high on Ryan - unlikely release.
They won't release Khali AND Jinder Mahal - India is a huge market! They have these two on the roster (Mahal came in to replace Khali so that's a clue) to give the Indians someone to tune in for from their own country. With Khali just returning, and being a big name over in India (celebrity status even), He's not being let go. They've just put him into some kind of storyline with big show and Abe Washington, also.
Hornswoggle is about to star in a Leprechaun film remake by WWE stuidos. Not going anywhere.
JTG is a name being thrown about to replace Orton in "The Marine 3."
Tatsu - appeals to another large market; Japan.

Out of all of those i've talked about; JTG would be most likely.
Bella's are definitely going because they aren't resigning at the end of the month, apparantly.

Trent Baretta (I like his mic ability and love his inring skills. KEEP.)

Dean Ambrose (Good inring skills, good mic skills. Something about him I don't like though.)
Seth Rollins (I'm neither here nor there on bringing him up.)
Kasius Ohno (Would like to see what him and Cesaro can do.)

Tag Teams:

Primo and Epico w/ Rosa Mendes (Enjoy their work.)
The Usos (Good team)
Kofi Kingston and Evan Bourne (Like the team. If Evan doesn't clean up, then CUT.)
Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara (CUT Sin Cara. I love luchador wrestling, but hate botches.)
Hawkins and Reks (I like both of them. They could be a good tag team.)
Kidd and McGillicutty (They both have talent, but they need a good manager/valet..)
and those two NXT guys that are now on Smackdown (If you need to free up roster space, CUT both of them.)

Others I would cut:
Johnny Curtis (Hasn't impressed me.)

David Otunga (I know, he's getting better and he's in bigger story lines. I don't care. I see very little WRESTLING talent in him.)

Just an FYI blink, but I think you have Mahal confused for Ranjin Singh.

Bella Twins - Since they're leaving anyway, their departure could lead to minimal firings.
Mason Ryan - They only got him because he looks like Batista. Cut him.
Sin Cara - Failed pet project. Very injury prone.
Evan Bourne - Two wellness strikes so close to each other. Had a prominent enough spot that cutting him could save multiple others.
