Alpha: Due to the stiff competition in his World Title match at Kingdom Come (excluding Sleeps of course...that guy sucks), The Alpha Dog is uping his usually vigourous workout schedule to guarantee he wins the match.

Tomorrow: Training with Lance Storm. Works for both of them seeing as how Lance has a match with Jerry Lynn soon.

Saturday: Training with Tazz.

Sunday: Training with William Regal.

Monday: Training with Matt Thornton.

Workout for the rest of the day after each appointment.

Up until Kingdom Come: Twelve hour workouts every day until the match.

Seriously guys, sorry I haven't been here the past several days but my internet completely fudged on me. I had to get a new router, and basically have everything re-wired at my house to get it to work. I text R(ob) several days ago and let him know so he could let Sam/Kash know so maybe I'm still wanted here lol
