Yeah, the first season of Homeland is really, really good, and I thoroughly enjoyed last night's second season premiere. Danes and Lewis are both pretty exceptional in their respective roles.

So, how that most of the networks have debuted their new series or new seasons so here are some of my thoughts on what i've seen so far.

Revolution-So NBC has picked this up for a full season order. I think this is the first new show of the season to be picked up and I am not surprised. I like the actors and where the story is going. Each week it has me guessing whats going to happen next.

Go On-Another show NBC announced today that has gotten a full season order. Now I am a big Friends fan, and had hoped Matthew Perry's show on ABC last year, Mr Sunshine, had been renewed, but i must say, I am really digging this show. It's got the right amount of heart and comedy.

How I Met Your Mother-My all time favorite show is back. The last two episodes were really good, and I hope CBS announces within the month that HIMYM was renewed for a 9th and final season. End it properly.

Dexter-I got into this show around the 3rd season, got caught up,, and enjoyed it since. This newest season I must say I enjoyed the premiere, and the glimpse they gave into for this season makes me excited to see what else is in store.

The Good Wife- Yep, thats right, I watch the Good Wife. Needless to say, I thought the start of this season was really good. All of the little twists inside of it made me one happy camper.

Once Upon A Time- Another show I am really glad I got into last year. The 2nd season premiere didn't disappoint. Part of me wonders how many new characters we will get to meet this season.

Person of Interest=Another show from last year that I am really glad I got into. There was a brief moment that my interest waned, but I'm glad I stuck through. The 2nd season premiere was really good. I like where the writers are taking this, especially with Finch's abduction.

New Girl- The two episode season premiere last week had my kind of disappointed. It just didn't wow me like it did last year.

Modern Family- Another show I love. It whole heartingly deserved the Emmy it won. I liked the twist in the premire episode with the fast forwarding of time.

Supernatural-The season premiere is tomorrow, and I am pumped! Given how the last season ended, I am interested to see where things go.

So I still have to watch the premieres of Last Resort, 666 Park Avenue, Vegas, The Mob Doctor(which I may not watch, I've dvred the first 3 eps, but with it's raitings, I wouldn't be surprised if Fox cancels it), and Elementary. I also have the first eps of the new seasons of Revenge and the Amazing Race to watch

They just dig and dig and dig as the series progresses, and it's an absolute blast watching them find new ways to cover themselves in dirt.

Also, quite possibly the most underrated ensemble ever.
Reading this again, I think you need to add a couple more dig's. lol

Has anyone watched the new Dallas? And if so, is it any good?

    Haha. Yeah, I guess I did sort of under-sell it, didn't I?

Elite-level television show, though, isn't it? Compulsively watchable in a way that few other shows are. I was on-board from the pilot, and just let me tell you that those waits between episodes were excruciating. As soon as the credits would roll, I'd already be counting down the minutes until the next Tuesday at 10pm.

While it's not my particular cup of tea, it should probably satisfy fans of the old series. For better or worse, they haven't really done anything to alter the recipe aside from adding a sprinkling of younger actors. It's the same ol' prime time soap dish it always was.

I never saw the old series, but I've heard that it was a pretty big tv program back when it was on.
I'll probably invest some time in the new one though for sure.

The show I've been impressed with has been Elementary on CBS. Honestly, a Sherlock Holmes in Modern NYC with a female Watson, shouldn't work. It is amazing it does. Now, it is only 2 Episodes in, but it shows a lot of promise.

Just watched the trailer and it just looks mad corny, like with the timing of the music, camera zooms to faces, one liners and then I see Jesse Metcalfe who I find unbearable to watch trying to act.

    Hope you enjoy the show.
