Brisco's vs Headbangers?

I know they faced with masks on,but I figured Headbangers would face the Briscos at Final Battle. I saw the promo where they revealed themselves. Why weren't they added to the tag title match or face the Briscos at Final Battle? Are they still with ROH?

They are still with ROH but i think they have gone a different route with them probably will get a shot soon though.
