    WWE SmackDown ring announcer Lilian Garcia participated in WWE.com's Live Chat for Survivor Series Sunday night and said she has not returned to shows after being struck by a car Oct. 27 in Los Angeles, California, because doctors are prohibiting her from flying at this time.
