as we know or some of the wwe fans know that morrison has been reached by the wwe offcials about a possible returne ... i hope he returnes at the RR as a surprise entry

I'd say Henry would be good for a RR return. Bourne too I guess. I hope JoMo comes back as the Totally Rad Warrior, as a tribute to the Ultimate Warrior.

Legends? I can't think of an available one I want to see back in the ring. Not one.

I reckon we'll get the token returns of Hacksaw, Vader, possible Gangrel... the usual ex-midcarders. As for legends, I agree with Robstar. Billy Gunn would be pretty cool though...not quite a legend I know but one of my all-time faves.

Billy Gun
X Pac
Boogeyman
Goldust
The Goodfather (or as Papa Shango)
DDP

Just a few that would be cool to see just as a RR appearance.

As for main roster guys, Mark Henry for sure will return by then. Evan Bourne is touch and go I think, depends on his injury.
I would like to see John Morrison back though.

Ok a few of those would be good but with the possible exception of DDP, Goldust and Gunn, they're pretty much all midcarders who wouldn't even slightly make me mark out. Goldust is still a going concern and I'd love to see him back with WWE. But when are people going to give up on X Pac? I just don't credit him ever wrestling in a WWE ring again as even the slightest of chances.
