It's interesting that people like to go to famous peoples grave sites... Both of those guys are legends of the music industry though, it's understandable I guess.

Yea, I think that's why we went to jimi's grave... my older brother idolizes the guy... I don't quite get why though, my brother is very fond of metal... I guess jimi's style of guitar playing probably is what drew my brother to his music. It's weird that jimi and kurt are viewed as two of the greatest musicians ever, though the both were only in music until the age of 27 (when they died)

My uncle is the same, yet he is not a fan of metal, he just a huge Hendrix fan

Many artists don't fade away... Eddie vedder for example is still playing music, his band is still the same band that produced one of the top 20 most influential albums of all time (rolling stones says ten is the eleventh most influential album of all time).

Sorry, the point that we were talking (before you commented) about was we wondered if artists Like eddie vedder would be on the same level as Kurt and Jimi when they finally past away... How is pearl jam not related to this point
