I just listened to nothing by the script before you suggested anything... Is that just a bad song by them? It seemed borderline boy bandish meeting borderline alt rock. Which is fine... I think HolyJose might really like this band if that is what they are like most of the time.

I feel bad to say I'm not a fan of that song... I tend to like weird music... that seemed very mainstream-like... which is good, they are probably really successful in ireland

Hey I had some random thoughts today about this thread, and I thought I'd share them with you all. First I was wondering if anyone wanted to suggest more music for me to check out...

second I was wondering what you guys think about doing random song critiques that other members suggest that you listen to? it could be fun. I think it would be interesting to hear other members talk about music and the things they enjoy about it. I have noticed this thread has been slow lately I thought that might speed things up .

The entire board has been slow lately, and I really don't see this remedying that. I'd still be down to participate, though, just as long as everyone agrees to not get their panties in a knot over someone being critical of something they hold sacred.

Yea, I don't think it will really solve the problem of the board being slow... but hey, it could be fun. I wouldn't get my panties in a bunch. My friends hate the type of music that I like so I'd be totally fine with someone not liking the song that I liked.

Don't worry, there are songs like that with everyone. I really like the song everlong by foo fighters way too much... Some songs stand out to people that don't to others...

Florence and the machine-no light, no light is probably one of the most epic things I have ever heard. any time I hear that song I want to play it over and over again. Ed sheeran is really good at what he does. I like a team.... though I do think it's weird that a 16 year old girl probably does it better than he does.
