i think i would be a good heel for creating a lot of heat on this board, so here comes my next suggestions...hm...midcard....Kurt Angle!
    Wrestling lost the spectacle factor.

I think hep c is a curable form of hep but I'm pretty sure I have heard it can fool tests if you take enough meds and still just be inactive in your body, but it could come back at anytime. That being said I agree with tommy's original point of him never really coming back.

With that in mind, Hurricane and Haas definitely make that bracket. Hurricane is a former cruiserweight champion, and the longest reigning one at that. Haas has tag teamed with Shelton Benjamin for years and has been involved in angles with Kurt Angle (Team Angle). Both Hurricane and Haas have been in the wrestling business 10 years and more, that for me makes them experienced.

The guys you listed of course make the grade too. Although I doubt very much that we'd see Val Venis or The Godfather with their gimmicks as they don't fit the current product. Plus, I'm pretty sure that Godfather is retired. I think he only does limited indy appearances nowadays. Plus he's kind of old. Ken Shamrock is also in pretty rough shape last I heard. Goldust has to be one of the names being considered though.
Is Goldust on good terms with WWE or still a fully active wrestler? last i remember he got injured and moved into a backstage role, they never brought him back then sacked him because he was blamed for a dangerous spot in a match

    That's what I said.
Should've just ended the thread after my post.

''Ricardo Rodriguez is the best character on WWE TV.''

Goldust was released a while back. As far as I know he's still on good terms with WWE though and has even gone as far as to say that it's likely he'll end up back with WWE eventually, hence why I'd say he's a likely name that they're considering.

And it seems that reports are suggesting that MVP and Shelton Benjamin are being considered by WWE right now. Good news indeed.
