i think randy and r-truth need heel turns, both are so stale and i feel both were entertaining as heels?
i'd also try turn wade barret into a face, he seems to be going round in circles as a heel, good thread tho!

What I've noticed is that there are more uppercard heels who are featured regulars than there are faces. I think that the current low card guys, such as Riley, etc. need to be elevated a bit more and booked as more credible threats. I notice that most of the heels are usually spinning their wheels stuck in random meaningless feuds until someone like Cena becomes available or it's their turn for a World Title match. Pushing the midcard faces might help a bit.
