What is this 'It' factor people talk about when it comes to wrestlers?

In a discussion on Facebook, I was told the 'It Factor' was "Big(Size), charismatic, and people enjoy watching them." He also compares Bryan to Scotty 2 Hotty.

So, what is the 'It Factor' to you? And who do you think has it?

Bobby Roode calls himself the IT Factor, and he is impressive, so I would say Bobby Roode. But the It Factor seems like a phrase these days,

I agree with this, as to what makes them special differs from person to person, but in short, it makes them stand out more than others

This. Wrestlers either have IT or they don't. And unfortunately, in this generation, a majority don't.

The IT factor is a couple of things

1. Overly look
2. Ability to carry a promo
3. Get fan interaction regardless of face or heel

I think that's the closest you're going to get to a real definition, which makes the prospect of people being handed gimmicks rather than creating them themselves utterly ridiculous.

To me the "IT FACTOR" is someone who is so charismatic that the crowd gets totally into the person. A lot of crowd interaction towards the wrestler. You don't want to take a piss break when the star's music hits.

Daniel Bryan has the 'it factor'.
Austin Aries has the 'it factor'.

Just some examples there of people who had that little extra special something that puts them a cut above the rest.
