Unfortunately, it is more similar than it is different. Both are pre-packaged frozen beef arriving from the same factory; the difference is the location and tool used to heat the product. Not trying to spoil the fun rather trying to help educate you that you are not missing out on anything. Personally, I hope for one of these places to pop up in my area soon...
