since he no longer wants to be called edge.. idk how the E dropped the ball by keeping him! just on screen i say they need to bring him back as Raw GM . im almost hoping , although its not gonna happen, that at the rumble his music hits and he comes down and hits the spear on everyone ! i would love to see him back on tv i think hed do well as GM! dont you?

As much as I like Edge (and I'm an almost 15 year fan) I hope he never returns to the ring to spear anyone. His neck is shot, and he said in an interview not too long ago that part of the reason his neck is the way it is was his finisher; the spear. He just had surgery to hopefully correct most of it, but I truly hope his in-ring days are over. That also includes any physical out of ring altercations.

That said, I've always been a fan of Edge cutting promo's so A GM/On-air role would suit him perfectly. It would just be a matter of finding something that would work for "The Rated R Superstar"

angle is able to compete... edge was told he can't compete ever again... so I think edge wins in the crappier neck category.

Yea, I agree. Edge is and always will be gold. When edge called out john cena and told him he "had to win" I still got goosebumps and I'm a grown man now. He is one of the best talkers and I have always admired the fact he can turn the crap situations into great situations. He turned having an affair with lita into a title push.

Though it's worth being said I don't think he will be back anytime soon. He said in his wwe dvd that he was done essentially. also beth leaving to be with him more probably isn't a good sign either.

i gotta watch that dvd ! but i miss having wrestlers like that. the fact that they compare ziggler and aj i dont think is bad but they will never be edge in lita! i loved lita! more when she was with the hardys! and when womens wrestling was relevant

We should respect the fact that Edge has chosen to leave the wrestling business behind him and move on with his life. If more retired veterans did that, professional wrestling would be in a better state.

What meaning of the word "retired" do some of you not understand? It's this kind of stuff from the fans that encourages guys like Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair to stick around and hog the spotlight from the next generation.

Edge is done. It's over. The Hall of Fame was the final moment of his career. And he wants to keep it that way.

So for the love of God, accept it and move on.

dude chill out! i understand what your saying but im not talkin about being all around hulk hogan and all that crap sticking around forever but his time was cut way to short and i just wouldnt mind him being the GM not hogging the spotlight getting matches, mainly cause he cant, but just to see him it would spice shit up so chill out man ! hogan and flair need to leave edge was at the pinnacle of his carrer !
