It depends on how he is used. Tebow has proven he can be successful in the NFL. Kyle Orton was a better "traditional" QB than Tebow, but Tebow had a better record as a starter during that season. Defenses HAVE to scheme around him when he is the starter. The major flaw is that he isn't a very good passer, but he still commands attention when he is in the game. Someone like MJD would benefit the way Willis McGahee did with Tebow behind center... And until Blackmon comes around, we all know the Jags best players are in the backfield; why not acquire someone that could potentially help them (and also help Gabbert shake his David Carr syndrome. I haven't given up on Gabbert yet, but you can tell he is still in shock from his rookie season).
