Kinda off topic, but for some reason I want to see Eric Bischoff as RAW gm while Paul Heyman runs Smackdown and for the rosters to be reinstated as separate entity's like they were from 2001-2007.

I know John Laurenitus did his job but I feel like he could have made a better Manager to a wrestler that could really use the shove and support or the most unpopular opinion that I might get heat for would be to have him manage Shield in an attempt to reclaim his spot. He has manipulated wrestlers before with promises to do his dirty work. Just look at Big Show and his 'iron clawed' contract after interfering in John Laurenituses match against John Cena a few months ago.

Eric running Raw and Heyman running SmackDown!, that was awesome when I realized the importance of this back in 04. But Heyman wasn't running things too well, SmackDown! creative kinda suffered with trying to find something to run with his personality. the rosters were good back in 04, but yeah, from 01 - 07 were the best and fun times to be a GM. That's the roster I ultimately like using whenever being a Fantasy GM.

Johnny managing SHIELD does seem like a bad idea, because there was no injustice for him, he suffered badly due to himself. again, he did have potential, but Shield's involvement makes no sense to me. Unless if Shield feels like he was treated wrongly, then they would defend him a couple times in the ring, bu that seems to be it.

If Johnny should manage anyone, it should be Dolph Ziggler.

I think Dolph Ziggler is fine with AJ Lee. I'm not sure why but I think they make a nice couple. If anything they need to break Big E Langston away from AJ and Dolph. I think Johnny would be a great manager for Langston.

I agree. RAW always seems empty in certain areas when it is lacking a General Manager. I would love to either see 'Big Johnny' come back or have William Regal regain his position as General Manager. He did a decent job last time if I remember correctly.

Eh, I'd much prefer to see NO General Managers on either Raw brand and/or TNA. Whole thing is so played out; and in WWE, every GM is scripted the same way. For example, two, four or six guys are cutting promos ripping on each other, and the GM comes out with the "clever"--not to mention "spontaneous"--idea to put all the arguers in the main event that very night.

Wrestling ran fine for DECADES w/o GMs. And if you think it "can't" be done today, take note of how matches are set up for WWE Main Event, i.e. you let one show set up the next.

Mike Adamle was just awful, nowhere near Bischoff or anyone else. I'm sure Eric had a few says that actually got through. But if this is the only way Eric would be effective at his job, then I'd rather have that. Besides, it's not like WWE and Vince wrote his part purely to create him, they simply wrote the part for him, he made everything about his position great. practically wrote itself. He wan't "just" an actor, he was the generator that made Raw the "a" show for 3 years. (Despite backstage politics shoving everything into the Monday Night Show)

His voice will always be the one that delivers the "The Elimination Chamber!" line so well that he owns it and is featured in all the EC match video packages to make it sound devastating. "Hell in a Cell!" comes close, but Vince will always own that.

It's disappointing that he needs that kind of help to be a great boss. He ran WCW into the ground and will do the same to TNA. I'm gad he didn't run thing his way. No one will ever touch his position, it's Vince McMahon, then Eric Bischoff, then Vickie Guerrero in people with power. Unfortunately Johnny doesn't come till after Mike Adamle and Triple H.

Raw would have been the "A" show if Hornswoggle was running it. Smackdown will never surpass it. It's hardly a feat.

Why does Cena get blamed for this? He did absolutely nothing besides do his job. I wanted a Punk/Big Johnny match to actually take place, but it never happened. I thought he was a good heel until the later months of his run.
