What do you all think of this development? Should WWE sign him, or should Okada stay with New Japan?- F4Wonline.com reports that WWE officials are interested in signing New Japan Pro Wrestling star Kazuchika Okada. Okada previously competed in TNA and worked as Samoa Joe's sidekick. Okada lost a NJPW title match a few days ago and that could be a sign he's headed to WWE.Kaige Chamberlain

Have to be honest.. I have no idea when it comes to wrestlers in Japan, but judging by how much Tatsu is getting used I would advise he stayed where he was in Japan, unless they were thinking of teaming him with Yoshi? I'm guessing that could work.Effeding:

Okada is a fantastic wrestler and talent who's transformation since leaving TNA has been magnificent. From Samoa Joe's lackey to NJPW champion. TNA really did miss the boat there.
I don't think it's fair to compare anyone who signs for WWE these days to someone like Yoshi Tatsu, since Tatsu was signed at a time when WWE were operating under a different policy. WWE don't sign people these days unless there's a plan in place for them, much like they don't call people up from NXT unless there's a plan in place for them.
Another point is that Okada would be a much higher profile guy than Tasu or any other Japanese talent that WWE have signed for a long time.

But for Okada, looking at the track record of Japanese stars that have signed with WWE i think he will be better off in Japan.
