To have someone young do it, wouldn't be very good especially when the fans and everyone in the business analyze their entire career before they even start, if someone who comes in a 2-4 years into the business and they do something huge, their entire career's based on that one thing. If someone like Dean Ambrose or Wade Barrett were to do it, forget SHIELD, forget the NEXUS, their gonna forever be known as the "guy who ended the streak". Now I like Jon Moxley, that TLC match really made him look like a real contender for the world title in the next 2 years. Wade Barrett seems to be moving slowly, while Dean is one of those guys on camera and in the ring that really seem to have the spark to be a big star. The punishment he took at TLC and how the fans loved every second of that match, even the Cena fans who are obligated to love every good whacky good guy cheered that match because it was awesome. Wade Barrett doesn;t have that. So far, Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, Jon or Dean Ambrose, and Dolph Ziggler have that spark and even Kofi Kingston's really starting to shine too.
If anyone young should end the streak, its Punk right now, but don't make him a fucking coward just because he's a heel, he beat MArk Henry, Kane and Batista by himself, he beat Chris Jericho, he stood toe to toe against Undertaker, even beat John Cena on many occasions, and I believe he will show the world how he can stand up to Rock at Rumble. CM Punk has enough accolades to be the guy to end the streak, but WWE needs to quit making him a bad guy for Cena's(and ONLY CENA'S)sake. "CM Punk has Paul Heyman as his manager, let's call him a coward for the whole entire year he was champion." Give me a F************* break!
CM Punk belongs with the greatest champions, Edge was the "Ultimate Opportunist" but fans seem to forget all about that when he forced into retirement. I think it actually happened when he speared Brodus Clay back in '011 on SmackDown! which i believe Brodus should've went on a rampage as the guy who retired Edge, but again, he doesn't have enough to him to do that at the time. See where I'm going with this? We can;t demand a young guy to do this, or even an old guy, Sting is the final opponent Taker needs to fight at Mania, doesn't mean he should end the streak.
CM Punk seems to be the only young guy qualified to do this job to end it all. IF IT WERE TO END that is. Randy Orton and Cena are done, the only reason why they are still in the spotlight(well for Orton, semi-spotlight) is because WWE creative. Cena and Orton have lost it.
