i remember someone saying but i cant remember who or where but wrestling is a little man's game now. it's focus is more on being athletic and entertaining more than 'rahh i'm strong and look moderately intimidating'

A super heavyweight title might work. It will be great for the heavys and the super heavys that aren't doing anything much and be given some work and growth.

Though I would vouch for this if the cruiserweight title was around as well.
