Just watched Smackdown and I must say, after my previous topic on the show named Friday Night RawDOWN, it got better and better every week, with this week being a very good one.. We got The Rock and his good segment with Team Scholars; we got Punk doing a nice Rocky Mockery and we got a very nice back and forth last man standing match with Del Rio fulfilling his destiny; but what struck me the most was the way he celebrated...

I don't know how it came over with the rest of you but I just felt the true genuinity in his winning. After being criticised by us (almost certainly also within the company) and his needed face turn, I still felt something was missing in his character; but the way he celebrated and acted his victory.. that made me believe he is worthy. Don't forget the rumours he was leaving about 2 times I think..

I like ADR. I like him in the ring as a wrestler, and I'm in the minority that he played a good heel. I also think he'll do well as a face.

Time will tell I guess, but it's interesting to see what happens with the WHC between now and Wrestlemania, since many are expecting a Ziggler cash in any day now, and most rumors suggest that WWE are going with Ziggler vs Orton at Wrestlemania.

I've started watching Smackdown again recently and I must say that this week especially has been really good.

ADR v Big Show has been far more enjoyable than I thought it would, good main even last night and I never thought I'd say I'm glad ADR won the World title.

Good episode, Punk and Rock top drawer as per usual.

Looking forward to RAW Monday.

Never been a fan of the guy, but Del Rio is oddly tolerable as a face. Far better than his heel persona. Makes his interaction with Rodriguez more enjoyable as well.

But this is just another transitional world title reign for him though. We all know he's keeping the strap warm for Ziggler.

Yeah Great win for ADR. Honestly when this guy first came on the scene I didn't care for him but he's grown on me and I think he deserves it. SD this week was very entertaining as well.

I'm starting to expect ADR vs Orton at Wrestlemania. I'd also be willing to bet ADR, Orton and Ziggler all feature in the Elimination Chamber (with Sheamus, Big Show and someone else) with one of those 3 leaving as champ.

Yeah i know what you mean. When i read about it i wasn't sure but watching it made me change my mind. You could see the emotion in him. After floating around the card he probably doubted his future but now hes back on top. He looked like a hero celebrating with the crowd and now he's got the belt on him, people will probably get more behind him as a face.

I've always been a fan of ADR and given a good chance his face run could cement him as a WWE legend, especially when you consider how over he was as a face in Mexico. As for the championship win, unfortunately I don't think he'll still be champion by the end of January. Mark my words: WMD, cash in, Dolph Ziggler new WHC. Smackdown was pretty good this week only the mixed tag match let it down but even that compensated with AJ's boobs!

Its interesting to note that. San Antonio Smackdown is advertising Sheamus vs Big Show for the WHC.

After watching Smackdown and Backstage Fallout, it did feel like Del Rio really felt the win. You saw him treat Ricardo like his best friend, defending him like his brother and a fine embrace after he won. That hug is one of the few things in the world thay made me "D'aww." He also referred to the title as 'our' title as he looked at Ricardo. *gets tissues*
