Pick a wrestler, and give him the most ridiculous gimmick you can think of that might actually work.

For example:

Kofi Kingston- Ghana African Cartel Leader, after winning a match Kofi leaves a mark on the opponent he beat something like a card or cigar or something. He has also has henchman that he uses to attack people and do his dirty work.

Now you guys pick a wrestler and give him a random gimmick that may actually work.

Actually, give him a hair cut and some darker tights and that would be a pretty bad ass gimmick.

As for ridiculous gimmicks I'd take Ezekial Jackson and Mason Ryan, put them in matching singlets with handle bar mustaches and have them be the circus strong men.
