TNA vs WWE the Lawsuit

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that TNA’s legal issues against the WWE are officially over. The case was dismissed this past Wednesday. TNA filed a motion this week stating that all sides had come to terms and agreed that they would withdraw the lawsuit. Each side covered their own legal costs.

So it's over, wonder what the terms was, and what was agreed???? Time will tell if we see anything????

I am guessing they found in favour of WWE as they did inform TNA of what that guy was doing therefore lawsuit dropped pay your lawyers and walk away kind of what should be said to HH right about NOW!!

probably just wwe giving tna some money, i dont think any exchange of talents will be happening.

i hope that since its over some tna extalent can officialy go to wwe like shelley etc...

TNA needs to be careful when doing anything to the WWE like this.

If WWE wanted to, they could put a huge dent in all TNA's rising young stars by signing them for more money that TNA could NOT afford and leaving them with just the old WWE drop outs, whose bodies are on the downward side of not being able to handle a full time schedule. That would devastate them and their future.

If they wanted to be real assholes they could job out and Braden Walker the TNA talents they sign. But then again that wouldn't be financially smart, but they could do it if they wanted to.

TNA needs to step lightly because I don't want to see them victimized to non existence by the WWE.

TNA got what they wanted; a good deal of their talents were locked into either going international, doing indies, staying with TNA, or not wrestling at all. Devon, Matt Morgan, Sky, all came back. Shelley chose the Japan route. All the while TNA was free to pick and choose WWE talent that comes over, while WWE treaded lightly.

In addition to what PSV said, WWE could just refuse to sign any TNA talent, and instead, just go after indy guys(Sami, Del Sol, Generico, Briscoes, Cole, Reyes), leaving TNA guys to stick with TNA(Probably with some animosity), or try to get the guys WWE has yet to go after.

More or less, TNA believes WWE tampered with TNA talent contracts in some fashion, after WWE came forward to them, saying a guy that worked for them(And then WWE) gave them a reported spreadsheet with talent information, like pay and such; essentially giving WWE the edge in getting them to refuse a TNA contract and coming to WWE.

...Without WWE actually signing anyone from TNA(I think); Flair was more or less their only evidence, due to his actions after he went to the HoF thing.
