I respect your argument, agree to some extent. I do know its all fixed before hand, just think the ending was horrible. No argument with Rock v Cena being a huge draw at WM29.

More pissed it was the Rock. Why not crown a NEW Champion like Ziggler, Wade Barret, Ryback...something truly shocking? Or at least a top performer thats there week in week out like Daniel Bryan, Kane, Sheamus.

Because that's business. It's always going to be business with Vince. The fact that he can couple it with entertainment is an extra bonus. And Rock IS entertaining. Yes he does have the most ridiculous move this side of the 5 Knuckle Shuffle, The Boom Drop and countless others. I thought it was slightly amusing that he didn't work to camera BOTH times he did it. But what's the other option for sequence of moves? That's right - his own 5 moves of doom. I would have been happy to see the combination spinebuster/elbow/rock bottom but honestly, how much crap do people five Cena when he busts his "game over" moveset out? Really, you can't win. The Rock's version is different but the same thing. In real sports, say MMA, a guy can be well behind and still win with a big move. The Peoples Elbow's validity notwithstanding, it's his signature move and that's that, because that's all there needs to be.

I think I see everyone's point now. Rock is a huge Hollywood star that will be putting eyes on the WWE that they've never had before. He has two blockbuster sequels coming out this summer and he will be all over the media as the WWE Champion going in to Wrestlemania, the story will be carried by sources that would normally never even glance at the WWE. So yeah giving the Rock the title and have him face the biggest draw in WWE at their biggest show for the title is ridiculous.
