    This belt was made like in the 90's for the Rock to use as his run as champ, but I believe it got finished late and therefore never made it on TV. I really DON'T want to see this belt, because I'd rather have them introduce a new title instead of bringing in a placeholder. The current title should've been replaced as soon as spinners and all that shit went out of style, you know, like 3 months after they introduced it.
