I assume they were not comedy heels though... Do similar gimmicks get over in other countries? I am very ignorant when it comes to wrestling outside of america.

No. They were heels then babyfaces. This was more of a "in your face" team. Just like how Tomko and Bernard teamed. The Machine Gun proved to be much better.

The one I'm watching involves Team 3D, Yujiro and Tetsuya Naito and Giant Bernard and Karl Anderson. Team 3D hold the belts going into the match I think...

droz and albert, test and albert, anderson and bernard he is a great tag team wrestler all these teams have been good IMO, Im looking forward to this team its like the second coming of too cool be good for merch and the kids and beefs up the tag division so no complaints from me
