Hands down, the greatest choice would be Jim Ross. Jim Ross is very smart and would definitely throw out the garbage that TNA has clogged up.

Your Dream Choice to Clean Up TNA?
If Vince McMahon told Dixie Carter (for a sum of money) that she could 'borrow' anyone from the WWE to go to TNA and clean things up so they would have a better product, who would that someone be? Note I said WWE, so Paul Heyman is disqualified from this scenario!

I'd send over Michael Hayes and Stephanie. Hayes still writes good television and Steph could be a great filter.
I'd personally rather Shane go, but he's not there anymore.

VKM should just take it over himself fire Hogan Bischoff Russo and Hardy and throw them into a trash truck (like when he fired Bischoff from WWE) and keep TNA an adult wrestling show and have WWE as a wrestling show for the kids.
Time to take out the trash !!!!
