For me out of this list, I think Cesaro would make the best World Champion. I feel he would make a great heel champion, and should cut promos about how know american can beat him (exactly like he's doing know) and continue to retain his title against a bunch of American wrestlers, he can also make a great coward champion, but will still put up a great fight.
