^^^^^^^ I chose barrett for all of these reasons. Plus, no one on this list besides barrett is ready to hold a major strap IMO.

Anyone but Cesaro actually...IDK if its got to with where they're at or what...But the lack of reaction he gets is almost painful....the past two raws he has got absolutely no heat at times....None during his entrance on the previous one...and during that big Royal Rumble thing at the end of the Raw before that, He came out with the flag when he was talking and literally no one cared.
