Though I make all kinds of fancy sandwiches, an applewood-smoked BLT with avocado and a single fried egg is really all it takes to satisfy me. Swap the lettuce out for arugula and then brush a little homemade roasted garlic herb oil on the bread before toasting and that's about as good as lunch gets.
