I want Cena vs The Rock II at Wrestlemania; then have Cena defend the championship over the next 6 months. I'm not a Cena fan, far from it, but I'd like to see the #1 guy with the Championship; so the next person who wins it (say around SummerSlam time) can actually mean something big.

It dosen't mater who walks out of the Elimination Chamber as champion (The Rock or CM Punk), because John Cena winning the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 29 is carved in stone. And yes, after going a year and a half without holding a title, Cena IS going to be champion, and probably for several months.

I wouldn't say the next 6 months just yet, but the entirety of Spring 2013 has definately been written.
