They also give WAY too much credit to people in their current position, want specific stars pushed WAY too high up the ladder, and are WAY too quick to dismiss a guys career as "going nowhere" when they are still putting up excellent matches... Not to mention that they give WAY too much credit to people for wearing specific straps x number of times.
Examples (this is for SOME people; not the general consensus)
Heath Slater - 3 time holder of the WWE Tag Titles... Still a jobber.
Ezekiel Jackson - ECW Title Holder - IC Title Holder... Still a jobber.
Zack Ryder - WWE Tag Team and US Title Holder... Still a jobber.
Carlito - WWE US Title, WWE IC Title, WWE Tag Title, WWE World Tag Title... Still a jobber.
I think the problem isn't that the IWC over uses the term, I think they don't understand what a jobber is because they missed out on the days when jobbers were relevant. Many top name stars began their run in the wrestling industry as jobbers - Prime Example being Jeff Hardy
