I think the term jobber is being mis-used slightly here.
Yoshi Tatsu is a jobber, Percy Watson is a jobber, Epico is a jobber.
The US Champion Antonio Cesaro and future main event prospect Cody Rhodes are not jobbers by any stretch of the imagination.
