Possible WrestleMania Feuds

Yesterday afternoon I started thinking the WWE would have to put Khali in a match to increase the India market buy rates. The main reason they keep the guy around is for that market. So last night it would appear they are going to put him in a match with Mark Henry. Does this match do anything for anyone?

Also more and more apparent we will see Bryan v Kane at Mania.

Rhodes Scholars v Kofi & Truth... 2 teams that apparently wanted to pursue their singles career but are back together again.

Sheamus v Barrett? Both guys need something to do. Although, they could have just used Sheamus for this movie trailer promo because Collin Farrell is Irish. Where does that leave Barrett? I honestly cant see the WWE giving a WM slot to Bo Dallas at this point.

Sheamus, Jericho & Ryback v The Shield? Normally I wouldnt think they put the Shield on the Mania card since the WWE likes to reserve those slots for veterans / established stars... but The Shield has been a big storyline with huge wins. They could show Sheamus, Jericho & Ryback working to operate as a more cohesive unit in the next few weeks.

Punk v Cena v Rock for the WWE Title. My hope is next week we see Taker appear in his home state of Texas... but sounds like his hip is pretty messed up and he likely wont be at Mania.

HHH v Lesnar. Should take a big step forward next week with the Heyman / Vince fight. Lesnar likely coming down to do something to Vince, HHH makes the save.

The Mexican v The American - clearly they will need these weeks to build up this feud. I think it will work. This match could be the most pure "wrestling" match on the card.

So where would this leave: Cesaro, Miz, Orton & Mysterio? I just cant see a Mysterio v Sin Cara match at this point.

I hear ya man, it's a big mess right now and I have no idea where 80% of this card will end up.

I really do hate to vent, but I bought tickets to Mania the day they went on sale. I'm sure it will still be amazing, but there's a chance this will actually be where my money went:

Mark Henry vs Khali (GOOD LORD) They fought two weeks ago and never left the corner of the ring. A colleague of mine who doesn't usually watch turned it on and told me he was laughing out loud during that match.
Swagger vs Del Rio for the WHC (If not for the WHC, I'd be okay with this)
NO UNDERTAKER
No Dolph Ziggler match - how can a workhorse and one of the best wrestlers on the entire planet not have a solid feud lined up for Wrestlemania??!! I just don't get it. Fingers crossed he still ends up with Jericho at Mania, but with Jericho's recent involvement with the Shield - who the hell knows where they are going? Sure, Zigs might cash - but give the guy a damn chance to put on an epic match.

Here's to praying they find a way to make this card a little better. Stop going back and forth with Rhode Scholars and give Cody and Goldust the match thats tailor made for Mania. Add a MITB match for the midcarders with no direction. Something. I'm sorry for this vent sesh team.

since there is a MITB ppv there won't be a bank match, I think we will see a battle royal and the winner goes after cesaro for the us title

There were different price plateaus, like $60, $100, $200, $300, $400, $500, $800, etc. I bought two ticket at $300 each. They are 'floor seats' but they won't be ringside. I imagine I'll be back 30 or 40 ft from the ring. They'll be sweet though. I live near the area so I figured I'm saving on travel so I can justify spending extra for the seats.

Yeah I am almost ten minutes away from the arena so I thought about going. However I wasn't so sure about how the matches were going to turn out so I decided against buying tickets for it.

Based on the last 5 Wrestlemania, you need 8 to 10 matches.
If you got some wrestlers left you do a battle royale or something for the pre show and you got your Wrestlemania.

Today the Tag Team title is taken seriously by the WWE and I would say so is the United States title (Cesaro's impact).
I guess these 2 titles are going to be defended at Wrestlemania and won't be used for the pre show.

So, we got :

_WWE title : The rock vs Cena (maybe The Rock vs Cena vs Punk)
_World Heavyweight title : Del Rio vs Swagger (Ziggler can be involved in the mix at the end of the match)
_Intercontinental title : Barrett vs Sheamus ? (I don't know about that one since Sheamus could be in the match against the Shield).
_Divas title : Kaitlyn vs Tamina probably.
_Tag team title : Could be an 8-man tag team match (kane/bryan vs kofi/truth vs sandow/rhodes vs brodus/tensai)
_United States title : Cesaro vs The Miz

We already have 6 matches.
The Shield is gonna be involved in one more match. And Lesnar too. That makes 8 matches. And what about Taker ?

Bo Dallas won't face Barrett, I'm pretty sure Sheamus will. So who will be with Ryback against The Shield ? Jericho ? And who else ? (Christian?)

And as you said what about Henry, Orton, Big Show and Mysterio if not injured ?

Khali, Natalya, Hornswoggle, primo, epico, gabriel, Sin Cara, 3MB... will certainly be used for the pre show.

I can tell you I don't wanna see Khali vs Henry at Wrestlemania. That would be bad for Wrestling to show that worldwide.

I am taking my son to his first wrestling show. He's almost 5 but I think he'll love RAW in Dallas. Looks like they are planning on a big show since Rock wont be there. When Punk walked out and said he'll take the match next week, I was happy to hear that. PPV level main event in Dallas is pretty sweet.
