    Yes of course. If it's under a certain amount they usually just ticket you. If it's over a certain amount you can go to jail.

    He was the champion before he was caught, never held a title after and hardly won at PPVs. RVDs arrest was the last time the WWE trusted him to be the face of the company and Sabu vanished. I'd say Swagger is more at Sabu's level right now than being a reigning champion like RVD was

    Well lets hope his push doesn't go up in smoke.

    I was actually getting into this edgy story-line. I remember back when Alex Riley got a DUI or something like that and he has been steadily jobbing out to everyone and their Grandmother since then. But DUI and Marijuana usage? If Jack survives this then he must have developed some serious weight in the backstage area.
