"Sad Girl" never once crossed my mind. I am thinking though that you have seen this film more times than I have haha. I've only seen it twice.

The Stuff of Legend.

Best described as "this is how Toy Story would of been if Tim Burton made it". The story is basically about a young boy who is kidnapped by the boogeyman in his closet during the night, his toys see this and go into the Boogeyman's world to rescue their friend. Disney have brought the movie rights to this and are currently adapting it into a film.
